The technical limitations of email sending services (SMTP) combined with the encoding and encryption we use, have led us to impose a limit of 10Mb on each file that can be attached to your messages. 

However, there is a simple solution you can use if you want to share a file that is too large (Video, Audio or others):


If you have an online storage account (e.g. DropBox, OneDrive, iCloud, Mega...) you can keep the file on that storage account and share a link to that file inside an 3NCRYPT3D message. The recipient of this message can simply download it from your link.


Additional benefits: if you want to share multiple files, you can place all files in a folder and share the link to that folder.


Notice: The specific details of this operation will depend on the type of storage service you use, so you should be well familiar with it.
