With a few exceptions, decided by our sales department on a case-by-case basis, we will exclusively use a specialised partner company located in England (Paddle.com Market Limited) to sell and manage subscriptions.


This means that management of subscriptions, processing of payments and means of payment, cancellations of recurring payments, invoicing and corresponding tax treatment are the responsibility of this partner, under the tax conventions in force between the Portuguese Government, the EU and England. 


In practical terms: For you, as our customer, this means that you will be purchasing a service from an English company and the receipt/invoice you’ll receive for subscribing to our Service will be issued by an English company, not by us (3NCRYPT3D Messaging Services, Lda).
