Note: this article only applies in cases where the Secure Application has already been installed on the device in question.


To ensure that everything goes well when reinstalling the application, you should:


1 - delete the device from the list of Authorized Devices. login to and go to "Settings"   at the bottom of the page, delete the device from the list, confirming the operation with its PIN Code 


2 - Normally reinstall the Application on the device.


If you are installing the Application on a secondary device you must have access to the Primary Device in order to authorise the new device.
