The account access web page can be found at https://account.3ncrypt3d.com. It has three main functions:

 

  • Creation of new accounts 
  • Account access to existing clients, allowing them to easily reset the Heartbeat timer
  • Triggering the password reset process, if a client forgets the password

 

  • Additionally, the account page will allow you to:

 

  • See how many messages you have, by message type (read-only)
  • See who your DTAs are (read only)
  • See how many files you have attached to messages (read only)
  • Check your HeartBeat settings (read only)
  • View your account’s used storage space (read only)
  • Subscribe to the service or change your subscription (requires confirmation with PIN Code)
  • Deauthorize devices (requires confirmation with PIN Code)
  • Disable all messaging, putting the service on pause (requires confirmation with PIN Code)
  • Promote new device to Primary Device (requires confirmation with PIN Code)
  • Resend Account Activation email, with the Application Code information (requires confirmation with PIN Code)
  • Delete all existing messages and files from your account (requires confirmation with PIN Code and additional verification by clicking on a link sent by email)
  • Delete your account (requires confirmation with PIN Code and additional verification by clicking on a link sent by email)
  • Enable and Disable Login with Dual Authentication (requires confirmation with PIN Code)

 

For security reasons it is not possible to:

  • Create, read or change messages
  • Create, read or change Contacts
  • Create, read or change Files
  • Change your personal information
  • Change HeartBeat interval
