Also known as "2-Factor Authentication" (2FA), the Double Authentication Code is a numeric single-use code that is sent to your email inbox, that you need to provide whenever you want to log in to your account via web ( 


This way, if someone knows your username and password they will not be able to login to your account as they won’t have access to this code. 


For security reasons this code is valid only for 5 minutes. If you didn’t use it to login within that timeframe, you will need to restart the Login process to get a new code.


Good practice: while you can disable double authentication, we advise you not to do so, to maintain the highest security measures in place for accessing your account.
